Sessions are 55 minutes and may be held virtually or in person in our Spring Lake Heights, NJ office.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can get busy, but please try to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If a session is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a $120 fee will be charged. This helps me hold your spot and plan my schedule accordingly.
