Living with ADHD taught me early on that life can feel like a lot—too fast, too loud, too confusing—and that finding support that truly gets you makes all the difference. Therapy gave me that space: somewhere I could be messy, curious, and fully myself without judgment. That experience inspired me to help others find their version of that same relief and growth.

I blend evidence-based practices like DBT and somatic therapy with a trauma-informed lens and solution-focused skills to support your growth—at a pace that feels right for you.
